Get motivated to exercise
by bringing your dog along as your walking or jogging
partner. Class includes stretching, a structured walking or
jogging segment (you may go at your own pace), with mini workout
sessions along the way. In addition to providing you with a
workout, you will also learn how to keep your dog under control
during your workout.
